1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fitted AI LLC. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn we've collected data from someone under 13, we will delete it immediately.

2. Information We Collect

What You Give Us

Account Basics: Name and email from Apple Sign-In
Style Profile: Your style preferences and goals from onboarding
Outfit Photos: Only the photos you choose to upload for rating
Context Info: Where you're going, what event, weather preferences

What We Get Automatically

Device Info: iPhone model, iOS version, app version
Usage Data: Which features you use, how often you check outfits
Location (Only with permission): For weather context, not tracking

What We DON'T Collect

Your contacts or photo library
Face data or biometric information
Your real payment details (Apple handles that)
Your browsing history or other apps

3. How We Use Your Information

AI Analysis: When you upload a photo, we send it to our AI service for analysis. The AI processes the image according to their privacy policy but does not retain your images for training their models.

We use your information to:

Provide outfit ratings and recommendations
Remember your style preferences
Show weather-appropriate suggestions
Process your subscription
Improve our service
Respond to support requests

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers in the United States
Photos are encrypted in transit and at rest
We use industry-standard security measures
Outfit photos are kept for 90 days (or until you delete them)

Delete individual photos or your entire account
Download your data in Profile Settings
Cancel your subscription through Apple
Opt-out of weather-based features
