Welcome to Fitted AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fitted AI mobile application, our AI-powered outfit analysis service, and any related services.

BY USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. Fitted AI is a paid subscription service. There is no free version. By proceeding, you understand that you will be required to pay for continued access to our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fitted AI LLC. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

3. Subscription Terms and Payment

Subscription Options

Monthly Subscription: $9.99 per month
Annual Subscription: $29.99 per year
Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice

Automatic Renewal: YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime through your iPhone or Android device settings (not within the app).

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Apple or Google
We do not store or have access to your payment information
Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policies
To cancel, go to your phone's Settings → Subscriptions (not in the app)

4. Service Description

Fitted AI uses artificial intelligence to:

Analyze outfit photos you upload
Provide ratings and fashion recommendations
Offer personalized style suggestions
Consider context like weather and occasion

Important: Fashion advice is subjective and AI-generated. Recommendations are for informational purposes only. We make NO guarantees about social, romantic, or professional success.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You Agree NOT To:

Upload nude, partially nude, or sexually suggestive content
Upload photos of anyone other than yourself without permission
Use the Services to harass, bully, or harm others
Attempt to hack or reverse engineer the Services
Share accounts or circumvent subscription requirements
Use the Services for commercial purposes
Upload illegal or offensive content

6. User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant us a license to:

Process and analyze your photos for providing the Services
Use anonymized data to improve our AI models
Create aggregated analytics and research
Cache and backup content for reliability

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

8. Dispute Resolution

BINDING ARBITRATION: Any disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive your right to a jury trial and class actions. You may opt out by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. No refunds for partial subscription periods.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
